A Backyard Oasis
Another feature on Greenland's 2010 Garden Tour, this pioneer project located just outside Sherwood Park in Balmoral Heights became a fast-favorite around the young neighbourhood.
The clients were a bit apprehensive before we got started, but we soon calmed their fears as we talked through our build process. When they realized they needed a shed, we answered the call. We worked tirelessly to match the house’s architecture seamlessly, sourcing cedar shakes, soffits, stucco, doors, and lights. After a perfect inspection and approval, we were approached by the homebuilder to make our shed one of their building package options.
Effortless Charm
This project expertly showcases a myriad of features in an effortless package. A flowing rundle stone walkway leads the eye past the front garden, through a custom cast-iron fence, and onto the patio.
A pondless waterfall curls through the stones surrounding a natural stone staircase grouted with Wooly Thyme that leads to a raised firepit. A sprawling back lawn was incorporated for energetic little boys.
